To get in touch with our customer service, follow these steps:
1. Click on the 'Submit a Request' button located in the upper-right corner of the Homepage.
2. Log in with your inPersona profile email, and enter the One Time Password (OTP) sent to the email to verify it.
3. Fill in all sections in the request form to submit your ticket.
Additionally, users can contact customer service through the Live Chat available at the bottom of the home page of the InfoCenter.
- On the inPersona DApp:
1. Access your Profile section then click on Help.
2. The DApp will redirect you to the inPersona Info center. Once there, locate the menu and choose "Submit a Request".
3. Fill in all sections in the request form to submit your ticket.
