How to contact the Support Team?

 

  1. Please visit the Support Section on inpersona.com.
  2. Click on ‘Submit a Request’ located in the upper-right section of the Info Center Homepage.
  3. The system will ask you to log in with your inPersona dApp credentials.

  4. Fill in all the sections to submit your ticket.

Aim to include as much information as possible in your request to help reduce resolution time.
