If you did not receive your OTP (One Time Password):
- Make sure that the email you entered is correctly typed and does correspond to your working email address
- Check if the OTP email ended up in the Spam/Junk mail folder
If you receive your OTP:
- If the OTP expired, request a new one In the "Verify You Email" page click on "Resend Code".
- If the OTP is not expired and still doesn't work please contact our Customer Service.
