I have problems logging in with the OTP. What should I do?

If you did not receive your OTP (One Time Password):

  • Make sure that the email you entered is correctly typed and does correspond to your working email address
  • Check if the OTP email ended up in the Spam/Junk mail folder

If you receive your OTP:

  • If the OTP expired, request a new one In the "Verify You Email" page click on "Resend Code".
  • If the OTP is not expired and still doesn't work please contact our Customer Service.
