I am having recurring problems with transactions, what can I do?

Users running into recurring issues with the processing of their card payment should contact the payment provider directly (support@wert.io), as inPersona has no access to tools like payments record, transaction information or purchase details, card number, etc.

If you are experiencing problems with card payments integrated by inPersona, we recommend trying different payment providers for on-ramp services to $USDC or $BUSD, for example, 'Moonpay.io' or ' Transak.io', as well as many other reputable on-ramp services available online.
