Why are my documents rejected during the transaction/order placement?

  • Your ID is expired.
  • You are not uploading a screenshot or a file converted into another format with the help of software.
  • If you have a document that has a back side, like a driving license or an ID card, upload 2 photos: one of the front and one of the back side.
  • You submitted an unclear or partial photo of your ID.
  • The address listed on the document is not older than 3 months.
