No, when you transfer a Data-NFT to another user, the SocialHub Console does not automatically transfer with it.

The SocialHub Console is tied to the original owner's account and is not transferable.

The new owner of the Data-NFT will need to have their own SocialHub Console in order to access the features and functions of their Hub.
