HealthFi Personal Reward
Due to the inherent security provided by blockchain and smart contract-based systems, successful mining can be guaranteed if Data is entered correctly.
However, we still recommend performing certain checks to ensure the accuracy and validity of the data being entered.
Make sure that:
- Both Helo app, inPersona DApp and Device are updated to the latest firmware version.
- The MAC and UID addresses in the Helo app match the ones on the Data-NFT.
- The Automatic Measurement Frequency on Helo app corresponds to the Frequency of your Data-NFT.
- The Device is being worn correctly, with a snug fit that is neither too loose nor too tight.
- You manually synchronize the measurements in the Helo app at least once a day before 00:00 UTC.
- Check if past measurements have been recorded by going back to a specific date on the Helo app.
- You did not unbind the Device or deleted the inPersona DApp.
If all the above conditions are correctly observed but you still aren’t satisfied with the results, the following scenarios may have occurred:
- The system may have discarded invalid, corrupted or not usable Data.
- The Device needs a reset.
HealthFi Connection Reward
Make sure that:
- Your Hub Console is active.
- The email used in the Helo app of the Connections is the same as in the inPersona DApp.
- Your Connections are mining.
HealthFi Community Reward
Make sure that:
- Your Hub Console is active.
- The email used in the Helo app of the Connections is the same as in the inPersona DApp.
- The Connections of both your Hubs are mining and collecting VSC points in the Hubs.
SocialFi Connection Reward
Make sure that:
- Your Hub Console is active.
- The Connections that are purchasing NFT are correctly in your Hub.
SocialFi Community Pool Reward
Make sure that:
- Your Hub Console is active.
- The Connections of both your Hubs are producing USDV points in the Hubs.
- The Payable amount is greater than 100 USDV.
