How can I dismiss my Account?

If you wish to dismiss your inPersona account:

  • On the inPersona DApp, navigate to your Profile section and click on the "Account Dismiss" option.
  • A confirmation page will appear with the prompt, "Are you sure you want to dismiss this account?"
  • Enter your Pin and click "Confirm".

Once you've completed these steps, your account will be dismissed, and you'll receive a confirmation email.

Please note:

  • Be aware that the dismissal of your inPersona account is irreversible and permanent.

  • Once you confirm the dismissal, the effect will be reflected uniformly across all interconnected platforms: Helo Health Shop, Helo Smart App, inPersonaPro, Vyvo Wallet Hyperwallet, Vyvo, and related information centres.
