How can I dismiss my Account?

If you wish to dismiss your inPersona account:

  • On the inPersona DApp, navigate to your Profile section and click on the "Account Dismiss" option.
  • A confirmation page will appear with the prompt, "Are you sure you want to dismiss this account?"
  • Enter your Pin and click "Confirm".

Once you've completed these steps, your account will be dismissed, and you'll receive a confirmation email.

Please note:

  • Due to a partnership between Helo, inPersona, and Vyvo, you can now use the same email across all platforms owned by these companies. The email dismissal will have an impact on all platforms involved - Helo Health Shop, Helo Smart App, inPersona DApp, Vyvo Wallet Hyperwallet, Vyvo, and related info centers. 
  • This action will bring all USDVs and VSCs to Zero (0) in the Hubs
