In order for inPersona PRO to correctly bind to your Apple Watch, make sure you have previously bound your device to the “Health” app of your iPhone and all the settings accesses are turned on.
- Navigate through your iPhone settings and make sure that either your Apple Watch is connected to the “Health” app and all the settings are turned on (it is requested during the first binding on inPersona PRO).
- Repeat the binding process on inPersona PRO.
